About the opportunity

We’re looking for a Banking and Capital Markets Marketing Manager to join our team.

As part of our Brand, Marketing and Communications team, you’ll create and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives. You’ll help to develop our global brand, collaborating with leaders and peers across the organization. Working for a thought leader, your business and communication skills will strengthen. This is a hands-on, tactical role responsible for executing programs within the APAC FSO BCM plan. Supporting the FSO BMC BCM leader you will create and execute a broad range of marketing initiatives and collateral. You will help to develop our global brand, collaborating with peers across the organization.

Your key responsibilities

Strategy, Consulting and Leadership:

  • Develop and drive marketing initiatives in line with APAC BCM plan

  • Work with key stakeholders and/or BCM and FSO leaders to develop content, project manage programs and measure outcomes

  • Ensure the alignment of programs with broader BMC objectives

  • Engage with the global BCM community as required to effectively drive global initiatives

  • Drive internal awareness and communication throughout the business on BCM initiatives and successes

Delivery:

  • Work collaboratively with colleagues across APAC to support deployment of FSO BMC programs in local markets

  • Deploy global relevant BCM programs to APAC accounts and geographies including thought leadership, buyer group programs, events and client programs.

  • Work with media relations teams to appropriately promote and drive media coverage of marketing programs.

  • Align sponsorship, hospitality and brand programs with BCM strategy to ensure sponsorships are appropriately leveraged

  • Facilitate relationships with external organizations and associations to support key objectives for BCM

  • Work together with Client Service Partners, business development and selected account teams to ensure marketing programs are leveraged effectively across our key focus accounts

  • Drive internal communication to increase sense of community, encourage information sharing and celebrate successes

  • Ensure penetration and measurement of marketing programs with priority accounts through effective use of CRM

Skills and attributes for success

  • Experience working in a virtual, cross-border, cross-cultural team

  • Excellent planning and marketing communication skills

  • Experience managing key stakeholders

  • Ability work successfully as part of a team

  • Ability to drive initiatives from start to finish, strong project management skills

  • Extensive experience in Asia Pacific

To qualify for the role you must have

  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing or related discipline

  • 6 years’ experience in a professional services or B2B environment

  • Fluency in professional English

Ideally, you'll also have

  • Fluency in professional Mandarin will be highly advantageous
