Our Singapore team is looking for an outstanding talent to join us as a HR Advisor. Reporting into the HR Effectiveness Manager, you would
Uphold the reputation of Diageo’s reputation as the best performing, most trusted and most respected consumer products company in the world by ensuring a zero risk environment with the Singapore office operating in full compliant to local and Diageo HR/CARM processes/policies;
Build positive employee experience by continuously identifying, proposing and acting on feedback from our employees. The candidate should also capitalize on current and new programs offered by the Government of Singapore to further enhance this experience and contribute towards the building of talent in Diageo Singapore;
Champion the delivery of world class HR support services to our employees/stakeholders and ensure that all advice provided is consistent, aligned with business principles, policies/procedures and in line with current Singapore legislation;
As gatekeeper to the payroll and benefits process, provide timely, accurate and efficient execution of our payroll, annual taxation and benefits administration through the effective management of the process both internally and via our 3 rd party vendor;
Contribute to the strategic HR decisions by providing timely and accurate reports including monthly Organization Churn report that will facilitate effective decision-making and proactive HR actions to the Organization; and
Working in partnership with the HR Effectiveness Manager and First Point, identify and propose key improvements and streamlining of current HR processes that will help drive the efficient delivery of HR services across the Organization.
Qualifications & Experience Required
3 to 5 years of HR experience including HR administration and Employee Lifecycle
Exposure to process controls and maintenance
Knowledge on Singapore employment law
Proactive with a solution mindset; always identifying new opportunities for improvement
Strong engagement skills with the ability to sell possibilities and set new benchmarks.
Bold and willing to push the boundaries; able to elevate transactional HR services to one that would truly bring about positive employee experience across Diageo Singapore
