Luton is home to our UK Marketing Company (UKMC), responsible for the marketing of our medicines in the UK. Main Duties & Responsibilities:

In this role, you will provide administrative support to the Medical Information & Patient Safety department as required.

Essential Requirements:

  • Project Management skills

  • Able to perform effectively under pressure

  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

  • Attention to detail

  • Accurate typing and good presentation skills

  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office to include Outlook, Word, PowerPoint and

  • Excel, diary & email management skills

Desirable Requirements:

  • Degree level education or equivalent working experience

  • Experience working in a customer facing role

  • Experience working in the pharmaceutical or healthcare sector

  • Good understanding of medical terminology
