We are currently seeking a Human Resources Generalist to be located in Singapore and will report to the Regional Director, Human Resources, Asia Pacific who supports the markets of; Australia, New Zealand, South Korea, Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, covering more than 650 employees. The HR Generalist will be required to partner with HR teams in the region and globally on developing and implementing HR initiatives.

Key responsibilities for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Execute proactive employee engagement programs to ensure high levels of management credibility and business performance. Examples include: change management, employee recognition, feedback & coaching and leadership assessments.

  • Provide support on the bench development process including performance management, career development and workforce planning.

  • Provide support to Regional Director HR and other colleagues in the region and managers and employees of ongoing HR initiatives and projects.

  • Promote and foster a positive Tiffany culture through an empowering, open minded and proactive approach and by acting as a catalyst for change management.

  • Act as a resource for employees on promotion of positive employee relations, team building, conflicts resolution and employee retention strategies, providing counseling and progressive disciplinary strategies on Employee Relations issues; escalating as appropriate.

  • Partner with hiring managers to manage Regional Office recruitment in accordance to budget and staffing plan, providing proactive recruitment support, screening and interviewing candidates to identify right talent and following through with the onboarding process.

  • Provide talent management related consulting and administrative support to regional HR and business partners, as necessary.

  • Produce various talent reports and analysis, not limited to headcount and turnover levels and trends, employee productivity reporting, diversity and inclusion metrics, recruiting and onboarding effectiveness.

  • Support annual HR planning and budgeting for the regional offices.

  • Assist in formulating, reviewing and implementing the HR policies and procedures, identifying opportunities for efficiencies and process improvements.

Key qualifications for this position include but are not limited to:

  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a human resources coordinator/generalist role in a progressive HR team

  • Business acumen and HR experience with a proven track record of acting as a strong HR partner in a retail or fast moving goods company

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • Experience in proactive employee relations, recruitment and staffing

  • Demonstrated experience partnering with clients on solving business/operational issues

  • Strong analytical and data mining skills to present trends and insights to improve productivity and engagement

  • Strong computer skills with MS Office ( Word, Powerpoint, Excel,) and HRIS (Peoplesoft or similar)

  • Ability to influence in a collaborative environment

  • Demonstrated communication abilities at multiple levels of the organization

  • Demonstrated organization skills leading to the ability to successfully manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
