At the moment we're looking for a Front Office Shift Leader to join our front office team at Crowne Plaza Changi. You'll ensure front office offers a seamless service experience, handle guest complaints and provide leadership and support for the team.

Qualifications

Ideally, you'll have previous supervisory experience in a hotel environment and exceptional customer service focus. Ultimately, you have the flexibility to work various shifts and a desire to progress your career with IHG.
