Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Coordinates and works with global support teams in a real-time trading organization

  • Provides infrastructure support for production and pre-production Endur environments for business units in the APAC and EMEA regions (general troubleshooting, Remedy ticket generation, Windows administration, Citrix administration, etc.)

  • Monitors services, processes, and gateways (Gateway statuses, Endur Fax, Netback, assist with EOD workflow monitoring) and takes corrective action

  • Coordinates, escalates, and liaises with ITC for support of the Right Angle and Endur Trading and Risk Management Systems

  • Initiates MIM (Major Incident Management) process on behalf of Supply & Trading and coordinates the various S&T support teams in recovery activities

  • Assists with pre-prod environment configurations during Endur release cycles

  • Updating and authoring documentation (pre-day SOX reporting, handover reports)

  • Works on Infrastructure projects and initiatives

  • Installs and troubleshoots Market Data applications

  • Participates in and coordinates BCP it activities for Singapore Supply and Trading as well as assists in BCP for other S&T Regions

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Information Technology

  • Self-motivated and functions with minimal direction

  • Ability to work with people/teams in a remote working environment

  • Strong technical support background

  • Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

  • Strong written and interpersonal communication skills

  • Experience using Remedy Incident Management module

  • Proficiency with Windows Server Administration

  • Proficiency with Citrix Server Administration

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Internet Information Server, JBoss, Apache Tomcat, Oracle and SQL Server
