Role Summary:

Baker Hughes, a GE company offers the opportunity as Account Manager to join the Polymers team in Singapore.

Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities:

  • Sells polymers products to existing and new customers.

  • Responsible for managing all accounts within the area of responsibility.

  • Develops and maintains sales relationships with major customers.

  • Handles special projects, as assigned.

  • Comprehensive, specialized technical knowledge of company's products and services and their application to customer requirements and competitive market.

  • Market knowledge of key industry segments such as personal care, plastics, toners, coatings, inks, adhesives and candles. In particular, experience in the personal care segment will a plus.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Bachelor's Degree, Technical Diploma or equivalent.

  • 3 years industry related experience in field sales.


  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Excellent selling skills.

  • Ability to build strong customer relationships.

  • Team player.
