The Boeing Company Administrative Assistant in Singapore, Singapore

Responsibilities: * Support the campus in the delivery of Flight and Technical training by providing front line and concierge services, transport coordination and meeting other customer requirements. * Meet and greet customers upon arrival, process registration for badging, assist with lodging, transport services, training permit applications and attend to all customers enquiries including In and out process of customers visiting the campus. * Responsible for covering of administrative services as required. * Respond to enquiries received via email and telephone, processing center mails, booking of conference rooms, ordering food, ordering and coordinating inventory for office/pantry supplies, co-ordinate campus appreciation events, updating campus digital screens and performing weekly campus checks. * Manage sale of company merchandise – THE BOEING STORE. Cashiering and sales assistant duties.
