We are seeking for a candidate to assume responsibility for the implementation of benefits outsourcing projects for our clients. The incumbent is to participate in all aspects of implementation activities including develop requirement documents, gap analysis, chart out workflows, configuration of application portals, data migration, prepare test plans, conduct testing, launch new portal.
This person is also expected to conduct training to Operation and Helpdesk on the new portal .

Manage the project lifecycle to ensure deliverables are met on time and within scope.
Develop progress reports for the clients and organize review sessions for other team members to assess the qualities of deliveries.
Identify areas of process improvement, providing recommendation and problem resolution
We are seeking for a highly motivated individual with good written and communication skills in English. In addition, you should also possess:
Bachelor Degree or diploma in information engineering / software engineering.
Proficient in MS office
Knowledge of SQL, VBA, XML and at least one programming language
Demonstrated ability to identify and resolve problems in a timely manner
Strong analytical and interpersonal skills including process flow definition and optimization
Domain knowledge in Employee Benefits and Group Insurance is highly desirable
Experience in Darwin is a preference
Multi-tasking and the ability to meet deliverables within tight timeline
