L2 technical and business support of the Analytics Suite. This includes applications like Business Objects, Tableau, Lavastorm, Cloudera and Informatica.
Managing interface to our L3 support by addressing issues, as keeping track of these end2end issues until they are solved. We have a strong Service Delivery culture with the aim to provide the best service to our clients.
Deploying of new Software Releases for all the analytics tools. This may include weekend Releases.
Participation in different projects, e.g. onboarding new user groups onto the Big Data tools.
Provide documentation and training to our clients globally.
