ASEAN Consulting Sales Manager - FSI Sales Hunter role
Generate revenues by creating new Relationship in the region.
With specific focus on PRSG (Oracle IP Surround business). This is a hunting role and the individual is expected to work with zero annuity base.
Sales Related Goals (Pursuing revenue targets- creating Business & Relationship management).
Expand OFSS footprint in the region for Product Surround services group
Identify new Business lines in named accounts & create opportunities considering the offerings
Liaise closely with the Solution Architecting & Business Development teams.
Should have had experience of having done sales in the region / Account
Prior experience of Consulting services sales (IT solutions for Financial services) is a must
Solution selling experience across the spectrum – Application Development- Payment Solution, Capital Markets, Business Intelligence, Risk, Governance & Compliance a definite advantage
Previous background in System integration services sales business and added advantage
Should have the knack of identifying, pursuing & then closing new opportunities
Key attributes Team Player, enthusiastic to go after new logos new business, high energy levels . He/she should be able to leverage on his/her customer network to bring new opportunities to the table.
Willing to Travel minimum 30-40% or more based on customer / territory
Qualification: Business Management/Engineering/Economics Graduate with prior experience of services sales
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
Responsible for sales of Oracle consulting services.
Responsible for selling the Oracle consulting services. Develops new accounts and/or expands existing accounts within an established geographic territory, industry, product segment, or channel.
8-12 years of relevant field sales experience. Able to develop strong internal relationships. Able to network and develop strong business relationships with customers such that they turn to Oracle for their resource needs. Able to generate leads and submit proposals to the client utilizing a broad knowledge of Oracle service offerings. Able to generate consulting services and nurture and close the transaction. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
