We are looking for an RM Associate, who has a passion for lifelong learning and experience using online learning platform, to join our team in contributing to successful client relationships within the Asia Pacific region. You will be responsible for making sure that clients renew their contracts with LinkedIn Learning Solutions (LLS). You will focus on a portfolio of client accounts to ensure there is engagement in products through discovery, training and ultimately guaranteeing the investment made in LTS best meets the clients needs.

Responsibilities :

  • Maintain a deep understanding of our products and industry knowledge to be able to speak with customers about the most relevant features and functionality for their specific business needs

  • Serve as the primary post-sales point of contact and assume overall customer adoption and escalation management

  • Execute small account contract renewals that maximize contract value while protecting and enhancing the customer relationship

  • Own, drive and manage the renewal process for customers across the Australia and New Zealand markets

  • Identify customer requirements, uncover roadblocks, and demonstrate strong account management capabilities to drive renewal to on-time closure

  • Track customer activity to identify churn risk and work proactively via targeted outreach campaigns to eliminate that risk while simultaneously identifying upsell opportunities

  • Communicate risk clearly and take the lead in developing resolution strategies

  • Accurately maintain a quarterly forecast of renewals in your territory

Basic Qualifications :

  • 2+ years of experience in sales or account management

  • 1+ years of experience managing phone transactions

Preferred Qualifications :

  • BA/BS degree in related field

  • Experience selling Learning, IT or recruiting solutions or HR and L&D software

  • Experience with SaaS opportunities and Salesforce.com platform

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

  • Knowledge of software contract terms and conditions with the ability to create fair transactions

  • Solid negotiation skills that allow for value-based contract negotiations at the senior level

  • Excellent communication and project, time and customer management skills

  • Ability to assess business opportunities and use data to inform decision making and persuade others

  • Ability to manage a large number of prospect situations simultaneously while positioning company products against direct and indirect competitors

  • Experience and knowledge of ANZ markets
