We’re seeking an Assistant Marketing Manager in our Singapore office. In this roleyou will be assisting in the annual planning to develop and execute marketing plans and programs in coordination with other business units and key functional areas. You will be growing transactions, revenue, profit and market share in the assigned corridor and initiative within the SEAO region with heavy focus on Malaysia, Singapore and Brunei.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

  • Analyzing data on the organization's existing and potentialmarkets to recommend, develop, and implement marketing plans and definemarketing opportunities for the organization's products and services.

  • Managing and coordinating all marketing, advertising andpromotional staff and activities. Along with that, you will be conductingmarket research to determine market requirements for existing and futureproducts.

  • Responsibilityfor the achievement of prescribed marketing and financial targets for assignedcountries, corridors and initiatives. You will contribute to the overall growthof the assigned business by leading specific projects and effectivelycooperating with stakeholders in others. You will be expected to lead marketand consumer analysis, strategy development, campaign implementation andevaluation.

  • Responsiblefor maximizing the assigned resources by ensuring that the correct strategicpriorities are pursued with synergy and scale in order to deliver optimalprofit. Moreover, you will navigate across internal and external stakeholdersand must thrive in a global matrix, interconnected organization.

What you will need tosucceed:

  • Qualifications and experience:

  • Tertiaryqualificationsand or a Master’s Degree with at least 5 – 7 years’ experience in consumermarketing, trade marketing, channel and brand management with regional exposuregained from FMCGs, Financial Services, Telecommunications and Technologiessector.

  • You have extensiveexperience in developing and executing marketing programs, with good projectmanagement, communication and presentation skills.

  • You have a successfultrack record on digital, social media marketing and displayed acumen one-commerce in general.

  • You have taken onleadership of the Omni-channel strategy for the markets assigned to youleveraging the pipeline of new channel introductions around digital, socialmobile and e-commerce.

  • You proved to be astrong communicator and have strong business acumen.

  • You will be fluent inboth Mandarin (Business) and Bahasa Malay due to the coverage of the role alongstellar English Communication skills.

  • Knowledge of standardbusiness technology (MS Office programs; audio and videoconferencingfacilities).

  • Abilityto multi-task efficiently and produce quality work in a fast-paced environment.
