Position Summary

The scope of this role is to lead and support End to End Supply Chain BTL for APAC. Role is accountable for designing and delivering Supply Chain Analytics roadmap for APAC including data extraction, modelling and presentation.

This role will drive innovations and improvements, bring new technologies in Data and Analytics, have the ability to make meaningful insights into supply chain processes and data, work with global partners in IT on D&A strategy and project deployments and works with business partners on standardization of definitions.

BA SC IT will support the BTL, PLO (Product Line Owner) and business community, to build the vision and priority setting of new capabilities and/or enhancements to a product, platform, or feature/application. BA SC IT will be the primary contact for Medical AsPac supply chain’s Analytics Product Owners for their IT capabilities.

This role will work with the shared services to design solutions that meets the business requirements. Delivers new and optimize existing IT capabilities

Major Duties & Responsibilities

Accountable for projects and opportunities in the domain of SC Analytics:

Liaison with PLO, AS/GTS field services to bring in required resources

Work closely with Business partners, BLTs, Product (line) owners to align and determine best solutions and services to solve business problems in this area

Assure compliance and adherence to all regulatory and business requirements, to IT risk management.

Project accountability as a Business IT

  • Tracks progress of product development in the context of the program

  • Reports back to the business on status on the delivery of features, functionality, and applications

  • Effectively communicate and collaborate with business, IT and all stakeholders involved

  • Technology expertise in Data modelling and analytics and bring new technologies in Data and Analytics

Investment manager

  • Defines priorities for business and associated technology investments

  • Accountable for all aspects of delivery for the area of responsibility assigned to

Process & technology leadership

  • Manage business expectations and keep business aligned to business requirements and Maximizes ROI by identifying and prioritizing the product features by business value

  • Ability to make meaningful insights into supply chain processes and data

  • Provides expertise in data and analytics. Possesses an (advanced) understanding of the business and competitive environment. Demonstrates a strong understanding of J&J business processes. Understands strategic business plans. Understands the fundamentals and operating principles of emerging architecture. Deep (good) knowledge of Supply Chain Business Processes

  • 6+ years of relevant experience and BA/BS degree or equivalent OR 4+ years with advanced degree or equivalent.

  • Ability to lead and inspire individuals, foster teamwork and drive for common goals and achievements.

  • Demonstrates a (good) understanding of supply chain business processes and values.

  • Possesses a (good) understanding of strategic business plans.

  • Demonstrates a (good) understanding of data and analytics technologies and trends.

  • Experience effectively collaborating dealing effectively with priority and deadline changes.

  • Good knowledge around risk management, compliance adherence and commitments

  • Good business process and operations knowledge, domain expertise, experience working across multiple levels of business stakeholders, creating context around key business drivers and strategic plan

  • Good written and oral communication skills

  • Good understanding of agile methodology.

  • Strong knowledge of core technical platforms and product lifecycle maintenance.

  • Good knowledge of healthcare, business theory, processes and process improvement methodologies, budgeting
