Description

This role is an integral part of the Architecture & Cross-Function Initiative (ACFI) team within TTS APAC Technology, with responsibility of directing, organizing and controlling project activities, under the directions of APAC TTS Architecture Head.

Responsibilities:

Architecture Governance:

  • Provide analytical support for key TTS architecture processes such as Annual Data Quality Review, Architecturally Significant Questionnaire and Architecture Peer Reviews

  • Maintenance and house-keeping of Architectural artefacts related to Citi Systems Inventory (CSI), Archer and Collaborate/SharePoint sites

Engineering Excellence (EE):

  • Lead or participate in Engineer Excellence (EE) initiative within the Business Analysis or Project Management disciplines

  • Champion the adoption and use of specific tools such as JIRA within the APAC region

Project Governance:

  • Create and manage Project Schedules, Project Charters and Business Case documents

  • Define project timeline, scope, budget and resources based on the objectives and requirement

  • Maintain the project Risk and Issue log with appropriate remediation plan

  • Conduct post-implementation project reviews

  • Risk Management and Corrective Action Plans (CAPS):

  • Monitor milestones within Corrective Action Plans (CAP) milestones and report progress

  • Assist in the creation of CAPs and Risk Exceptions

  • Coordinate timely collection of closure evidence and close CAPs

Knowledge Management:

  • Schedule knowledge sharing sessions with application teams to facilitate APAC-wide application knowledge awareness

  • Facilitate Engineering Excellence workshops hosted by the ACFI team

Other:

  • Production of reports and communications (status reports, project communications, minutes-of-meeting)

  • Coordinate weekly project forums with relevant meeting agenda and stakeholders, capturing minutes-of-meetings with action items

  • Liaise with various stakeholders, such as application development teams, production support, Risk&Controls team, external teams, vendors, Operations, Internal Audit and COB team

  • Organise workshops with app development teams or vendor to explore and identify potential technical solutions or POC for any cross-functional issues

Qualifications

Primary Skills and Qualifications:

  • Outstanding Presentation and Diagram creation skills

  • Capable of managing and driving multiple initiatives from various stages of inception through to completion

  • Working knowledge of Citi Project Management and TTS architecture governance processes with experience on tools such as CSI, Archer and PTS

  • Experience using MS Office (MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Excel) MS Project and MS Visio

  • Project schedule development and tracking, including Issue and Risk monitoring

  • Familiar with regulatory requirements, such as OCC COB Volume Testing, MAS 644 and the MAS audit

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Secondary (Optional) Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of TTS Domains, critical applications, key interfaces of TTS applications and product process flows

  • Project Management certifications such as PRINCE2 or PMP
