IBM Client Solutions Executive – IBM Cognitive Process Services (ASEAN) in SINGAPORE, Singapore

The Client Solutions Executive (CSE) will lead medium to large deal engagements across industries on Enterprise process transformation and outsourcing services within IBM Cognitive Process Services business within ASEAN. Focus areas will cover consultative sales engagements on various capabilities, including re-engineering, applying robotics automation and cognitive capabilities across enterprise functions, BPO and Shared Services. In addition, the role will leverage industry specific knowledge to tailor value propositions to the unique requirements of specific industries. This will require a go to market focus by industry specific processes, as well as core Finance, HR and Procurement processes. This role requires the ability to engage with clients at CxO levels on the integrated value proposition from transformation through managed business process services.Key expectation from the CSE Role:

  • Engage consultatively with ASEAN clients to identify transformation opportunities to drive cost take out, control and compliance initiatives within their businesses.

  • Help clients build transformation strategy specifically through analysis of process maturity “as-is” versus “best practice”, development of target operating model, and definition of overall transformation plan including prioritization of transformation levers.

  • Work with various teams within IBM to come up with compelling proposition, proposals and response to RFPs from the clients.

  • Engage with senior level management executives, up to and including client CxOs and their teams

  • At least 5-10 years of progressive experience in Financial Services, Industrial or other industries and at least 2-4 projects with relevant consulting experience

  • At least 5-10 years of experience selling and/or delivering engagements with demonstrated success, preferably some with robotics process automation

  • Atleast 5 years in large deal sales engagements on Shared Services and Business Process Outsourcing
