IBM Cognitive Process Automation Practice Leader, ASEAN (GTM) in SINGAPORE, Singapore
The Cognitive Process Automation (CPA) Practice Leader, ASEAN will lead Robotic process automation, cognitive and digital operations imperatives across the key clients. Focus areas will cover consultative sales engagements and delivery on various capabilities, including re-engineering, applying robotics process automation, BPM, OCR and cognitive capabilities across enterprise functions and Shared Services.In addition, the role will leverage industry specific knowledge to tailor value propositions to the unique requirements of specific industries. This will require a Go to Market focus by industry specific processes, as well as core Finance, HR and Procurement processes. This role requires the ability to engage with clients at CxO levels on the integrated value proposition from transformation through managed business process services.Key expectation from the CPA Practice Lead Role:
Engage consultatively with ASEAN clients to identify transformation opportunities to drive cost take out, control, efficiency and compliance initiatives within their businesses.
Help clients build transformation strategy specifically through analysis of process maturity “as-is” versus “best practice”, development of target operating model, and definition of overall transformation plan including prioritization of digital and automation transformation levers.
Work with various teams within IBM to come up with compelling proposition, proposals and response to RFPs from the clients.
Engage with senior level management executives, up to and including client CxOs and their teams
Manage service delivery across various client projects
Grow the practice financial performance and talent pool for ASEAN
Ideal candidates will have the following experience:
Experience in Robotic Process Automation and process advisory or solution roles, or relevant experience with a consulting firm
Previous leadership or support of proposal efforts for consulting engagements and integrated consult to operate programs, including deal structuring, value proposition, business case and pricing
Strong knowledge of assessment approach and business case creation
Proven ability to guide/lead and facilitate, client workshops on the topic of transformational projects/initiatives.
Experience working in relevant Corporate environments would be a plus.
Trained in Facilitation of Design Thinking Methods
Experience in Banking and Insurance industry preferred
Top tier undergrad and graduate degrees desired
Experience in tools such as Blueprism, Automation Anywhere, UiPath, Openspan etc.
At least 5-10 years of progressive experience in Financial Services, Industrial or other industries and at least 2-4 projects with relevant consulting experience.
At least 5-10 years of experience selling and/or delivering engagements with demonstrated success with robotics process automation.
At least 5 years in Business Process Re-engineering, BPM, Target operating model and functional transformation.
