Customer Services Internship (Under Graduate)


An exciting opportunity has opened within DELL EMC Customer Services team for a 6 months – Internship program. You will be working closely with Customer Services Operations team to develop data analytics tools for process improvements which impacts business decision.

The basic job scope and learnings for a CS intern is for university students to gain practical experience through a supportive and structured program that combines in the job training, coaching and mentoring. This provides for role based-training including an introduction to the storage industry, best practices and methodologies and the EMC way of doing business. Training includes hands-on work with DELL EMC products and platforms, operating systems and storage infrastructure tools. Interns will work with assigned supervisor and mentor, team members and direct managers to gain full understanding of DELL EMC products and culture.
