Job Title ContiTech - Area Sales Manager
Posting Location Singapore
1 Achieve annual sales plan and contribution margin target for the responsible territory.
2 Identify and establish relationships with customer, extensively grow automotive aftermarket business in Asean.
3 Cultivate strong customer management ability, support customers on daily operative demand. i.e. order management and coordination.
4 Drive Asean sales growth with constant new customer acquisition.
5 Actively engage with customer, create localize marketing program and support customer to achieve the annual sales growth agreement.
6 Setup and manage Asean pricelist, distribution policy, annual target/ bonus agreement, etc.
7 Close the portfolio gap, drives portfolio extension program for Asean with proven business case.
8 Collaborate with global sales and logistic team for information and organization exchange.
9 Prepare monthly report, sales forecast and strategic sales planning for responsible territory.
10 Structurally collect and utilize market intelligence information i.e. competitor studies, market price, market trends., etc. for country strategy development.
• Degree in Business/ Economics with minimum 7 years working experience in regional sales, especially in automotive industry. Familiar with incoterms, international trade policy.
• Strong market knowledge in aftermarket distribution i.e. channel development, distribution policy.
• Passion in automotive industry, enjoy customer interaction and business development.
• Strong technical and product knowledge in automotive belts.
• Team player with entrepreneur spirit and positive yet realistic attitude.
• Good analytical skill with strong usage knowledge of Microsoft office tools.
