In this position, you'll be part of a team that handles CRM User support request. Your primarily responsibilities would be to serve as front line support for SAPCRM users in SAPK to interpret, identify and resolve any issues and questions received from users. Your job scope includes:

  • To interpret, identify and resolve any issues and questions received from users.

  • To ensure that user are set up with the right portfolio as part of user access governance.

  • To represent the region in gathering feedback and therefore proposing enhancements for the CRM

  • To conduct user training to new CRM users and refresher trainings

  • Involvement in initiatives to enhance CRM Utilization through the region

  • Participation in projects which are an extension of the CRM e.g Topaz, Golden Horizon, Denali

  • Assist in the implementation of CRM related tools for the region - CRM Support Tool, ACT, CERTO etc.

  • Update of existing processes and the development of new processes where necessary

The successful candidate should be a good team player, possess good communication and problem solving skill and good knowledge of the CRM. The successful candidate will need to develop intimate knowledge on CRM Functions, regional Processes as well as a understanding of territory and sales organization rules. When it comes to technical issues with the CRM system, he/she will serve as conduit to GSD (IT) support.

Qualifications
  • Bachelors University Degree or equivalent.

  • 2 years’ relevant experience and above

  • Experience using SAP-CRM system will be advantageous.

  • Korean language will be advantageous
