CSC Network Communications – Asia Pacific:

CSC Site Management:

  • Support the CSC Network Regional Analyst in developing, refining and promoting the CSC value proposition in Asia Pacific

  • Ensure that the CSC network has strong communications practices in keeping all staff informed and engaged


  • Develop an effective communication strategy for both internal and external stakeholders providing regular updates on the CSC network in Asia Pacific

  • Execute programs to deliver communications objectives throughout the CSC network

  • Arrange regular employee information sessions including Town Halls that covers Citi performance, site updates, Rewards and Recognition, VOE and Community engagement accomplishments; Seniors meet-and-greet.

  • Ensure CSC intranet sites are informative and up to date

  • Communicate regularly to the CSC Network via Newsletters and Posters

  • Projects

  • Lead several strategic initiatives across the CSC network in Asia Pacific

  • Leverage Asia O&T forums (including operating committee meetings,) to strengthen operating discipline and governance over execution of key regional priorities

  • Work synergistically with ICG, GCG and EO&T functions and provide required oversight and ensure timely progress updates to senior management

  • Ensure that projects and programs are effectively planned, monitored and driven while escalating and addressing key risks



  • A senior manager with at least 10 years' experience, including significant communications experience with large organizations offering a range of services

  • Extensive experience of developing and implementing communications strategies and measuring their effectiveness

  • Ability to partner with businesses and other support functions at senior levels in setting strategy and priorities

  • Organizational Savvy

  • Program Management across different business groups

  • Working with global/regional teams to strategize and execute site level programs/initiatives

  • Strong communication and presentation/public speaking skills;

  • Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present complex concepts successfully to diverse audiences

  • Proven track record of developing and executing strategic programs across business

  • Leadership (including team building, creativity, flexibility initiative and motivation as well as ability to work effectively with diverse teams)
