At Linkedin Learning Solutions, the Customer Success Manager serves as the day-to-day contact for our enterprise clients - including corporations, educational institutions, and government agencies. Reporting to the Manager of Customers Success for APAC, and working closely with the account team and local sales leadership in Singapore, the Customer Success Manager utilizes enterprise product suite expertise to provide ongoing support to the sales team to ensure customer success.

Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Sales and Solutions Engineering in pre-sales engagements, helping design and set customer goals/objectives for successful implementation.
