The Red Hat APAC Inside Sales team is looking for a Demand Generation Program Specialist to join us in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for taking end-to-end ownership of key programs and activities to generate demand, build qualified pipeline, and increase revenue for Red Hat’s solutions. You'll need excellent planning and communication skills, the ability to create and carry out comprehensive demand generation programs, and demonstrated experience working with territory or inside sales teams to deliver programs and initiatives through various routes to market.
Primary job responsibilities
Plan and carry out demand generation initiatives aligned with achieving Red Hat Sales goals
Work closely with the APAC Inside Sales, Demand Generation, and Field Marketing teams to create and deliver programs that generate qualified pipeline and increase revenue for our offerings and solutions and overall market share, with a particular focus on growing the commercial business segment
Partner with regional Inside Sales Managers to successfully carry out territory plans and activities focused on demand generation, including campaigns, webinars, call blitz days, and promotions
Track results, measuring program success and pipeline generation, quarterly forecast, and bookings metrics via Salesforce.com (SFDC)
Bachelor's degree or equivalent industry experience
B2B demand generation programs experience, preferably in the enterprise software field
Proven record of guiding campaign and demand generation program results
Positive attitude, solid work ethic, and initiative; good organizational, prioritization, creative, and communication skills
Excellent understanding of sales needs, the customer buying cycle, campaign metrics and analysis, and market intelligence resources
Experience building or managing commercial or inside sales programs is a plus
