The Sales Program Manager (SPM) will

drive the pipeline generation planning and sales activities governance for the

Oracle Digital Prime Technology business in ASEAN, working closely with Oracle Digital

Sales leaders, Marketing teams, Alliances and Channels, and Oracle Direct

Business Development Group. The SPM will alter the GoToMarket strategy, and lead

the execution of Digital programs and sales activities to meet the pipeline and

revenue goals for the Digital Prime org. The SPM will also provide support

& guidance to Sales managers, Sales reps & Business Development Group team

on how best segment the market, and create pipeline on their territories.

Acting as integral part of the HK/TW Digital Prime Sales team, he/she will also

be entrusted with regional projects.


The Sales Programs Manager works

closely with the Oracle Digital Sales Leadership team as pipeline generation

advisor and will have to:

  • Create a consolidated pipeline generation plan for OracleDigital Prime org.

  • Align with senior sales & marketing stakeholders inOracle Digital Prime & within the covered territory.

  • Create Sales campaigns and initiatives that match thepipeline needs and the team strategic objectives.

  • Assist Digital Sales team in the creation of theirterritory planning.

  • Roll out Sales campaigns & report regularly ontheir achievements to Head of Sales Programs Office and relevantstakeholders.

  • Track, measure & react to the pipeline creationtrends & pipeline stock.

  • Leverage multiple resources and contents to achieve hismission: Pre-sales, Product leaders, senior sales executives, Data-mining,external agencies.. etc.

  • Support the development and deployment of SocialSelling techniques and tools among Digital Prime Sales teams.


  • 8 years of total relevantexperience.

  • 3 years experience with marketing and/or salespreferably in High Tech firms in an international company.

  • Strong strategical thinking with clear examples ofsetting up GTM plans covering multimillion pipeline gaps.

  • Solid business acumen and understanding of ITenvironments, social selling, and digital marketing. Presales backgroundis a plus.

  • Quality driven: your credibility and ability toinfluence the business depends of the quality of your work.

  • Capable of navigating easily within a complex Matrixorganizations.

  • A strong sense of diplomacy and stakeholder management.

  • Good presentation and communication skills (briefing tolarge sales teams)

  • Advanced program management skills with sense ofcreativity.

  • Ability to work under pressure, to deal with ambiguitythrough a complex and fast-moving digital sales organization

  • Successful completion of relevant Bachelor degree levelin sales or marketing. Master degree is a plus.

  • Fluency in English

8-12 years related experience. Able to demonstrate time management, basic telesales skills, and knowledge of Oracle products and services. Goal oriented individual with superior communication skills. Able to complete individual goals as well as work in a team environment. Demonstrated ability to communicate using technical concepts. Working knowledge of Oracle products. Professional demeanor. Leading contributor individually and as a team member, providing direction and mentoring to others. Work is non-routine and very complex, involving the application of advanced technical/business skills in area of specialization.
