Job Description:

  • Responsible for planning the regional strategic short & long term goals for our Digital & eCommerce focus

  • Lead the development of the yearly game plans for Digital & eCommerce for the Asia markets. This will require you to bring together the business teams and digital resources to define and implement the strategic and tactical elements of the roadmaps, with measurable business goals

  • Collaborate within the Asia Digital Excellence regional team and with the in-country digital leaders to develop pre-planning workshops and build strategic storylines (one-page summaries of the business with key strategic issues)

  • Identify & refine key messages and packaging those messages into succinct, compelling storylines that facilitate buy-in from key stakeholders (senior executive review team, employees, Asia Operating Committee).

  • Use effective communications and influencing skills to ensure that the regional strategy is adopted & executed in all of the Asian countries

  • Develop eCommerce sales plans through the use of predictive modeling, statistical forecasting, and historical analysis combined with market & landscape data

  • Provide financial guidance & consulting to the country teams as it relates to the eCommerce sales plans

  • Collect & analyze metrics associated with eCommerce channel operations (pricing, POS performance, conversions, etc.) and use for strategy development

  • Monitor the performance of the strategic plan execution, to include eCommerce financial performance

  • Assist in the identification of new reports or data needs to support the Digital & eCommerce acceleration efforts

  • Support global, regional & in-country teams with data analysis & actionable recommendations based on Asia’s Digital & eCommerce strategic initiatives

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree, MBA preferred

  • Minimum 6-7 years of digital marketing and/or eCommerce experience in strategy and execution roles

  • Experience using data sets to create meaningful insights

  • Experience making actionable recommendations to teams and organizations based on analytics

  • Fluency in Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint

  • Able to present key messages with brevity, clarity, and an appreciation for context and champion ideas at various levels of the organization

  • Ability to support and work well in cross-functional teams, managing multiple projects at once
