Philips E2E Project Manager (2 Year Contract) in Singapore, Singapore

The E2E Project Manager will be overall responsible for planning, coordination and execution of all deployment activities ensuring a successful localization & implementation at country, submarket or market level.

You are responsible for

  • The successful, sustainable and timely implementation / localization of the Programs & Capabilities in scope of the End2End Foundation in the Country/Market.

  • Formulate Project Plan in accordance with the goals, scope and timing set by management; ensures Market technical / fiscal feasibility, specifies project Business Case (costs/benefits), resources required (either internal or external vendors where applicable), biz. readiness, risk assessment and quality standards to be used.

  • Control Project Progress, drives performance & risk management and generate adequate reporting to ensure that all activities and milestones are delivered on-time, within scope and budget, and meeting required quality.

  • Manage changes to the project scope, schedule and costs following standard escalation process in close collaboration with Market BT Lead and the Market Project Lead

  • Ensure people mobilization by raising stakeholders engagement to required levels.

  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation and heads project Audit as well as QA assessments to safeguard Global Templates deviation.

  • Ensure a sustainable User Adoption and expected levels of commitment by driving Change Management throughout the different project phases / change journey.

  • Guarantee that all elements of our standard Philips Excellence Operating Principles are delivered on time in full: People & Culture, Capabilities & Learning, Processes & Systems, Performance & Rewards, Structure & Governance.

  • Build local community of experts connecting them with the global program and BPOs.

  • Develop, localize and implements communication plans, change management plans and coordinates learning activities in accordance to the deployment plans.

To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience

  • 8 – 10 years of working experience with at least 5 years of proven track records in Project Management

  • Proven record managing large-scale projects adoption and transition management

  • Good Consulting skills, ability to influence and manage stakeholders at all levels

  • Experience in managing projects related to process re-engineering and IT

  • Cross-functional experience mainly across the following areas: Sales, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, Customer Service and IT would be ideal

  • PMP Certification an advantage

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
