eDiscovery Technology Services APAC is responsible for managing the technical aspects of litigation and investigation matters within the Asia Pacific region. You'll be leading the Case Management (CM) team, working with collection management and data processing teams, and our lawyers to uncover factual information relevant for legal proceedings and investigations. The Case Management team of 3 - 4 people juggles between 40 - 60 active matters at any one time (so expect not to be bored!). Your working location will be Singapore.
Your experience and skills:
–extensive (min. 8 years) service operational and management experience within Legal departments and/or banking or financial services environment
–deep subject matter expertise in the areas of data collection, culling, hosting and transfer of electronic data
–experience handling meta data, text extraction and indexing of data
–demonstrated success in leading small teams and managing external delivery partners including external counsel firms
–passionate about the client experience, with strong interpersonal skills
–responsible for running the case management function to facilitate and manage multiple cases related to complex multi-jurisdictional litigation
–great with numbers and will contribute strongly towards reporting efforts to enhance oversight of the eDiscovery Case Portfolio and track the relevant KPIs
–structured in thinking and can review the status/progress of each matter with internal teams whilst at the same time proactively managing expectations around delivery
–well organized and able to thrive especially when things don't always go as plan
