Are you trustworthy in running the business on a day to day basis? Are you a detail-oriented multitasker? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?

We’re looking for someone like that who can:

  • provide day to day assistance and support to both the Singapore-based Head of Institutional Business Asia Pacific and Head of Sovereign Business Asia Pacific

  • manage complex travel bookings

  • process monthly credit card statements and expense reports

  • organize telephone and video conferences, meetings and workshops

  • create compelling PowerPoint presentations for clients and to share at the most senior forums

  • liaise with supporting units i.e. HR, Legal, Compliance, Finance & Controlling.

Your team:

You will be working closely with our Institutional Client Coverage team based in Singapore, and the region.

Your experience and skills:

You have:

  • 5+ years of project and administrative experience in a fast-paced, demanding, global environment

  • excellent IT system skills to ideally include Powerpoint and Excel proficiency

  • experience of working in a large and complex organization

You are:

  • a strong written and verbal communicator, comfortable interacting with colleagues at all levels

  • incredibly organized, proactive, with an innate sense of how to prioritize(you know how to get things done!)

  • used to operate under pressure and in a responsible way

  • good at multi-tasking and comfortable dealing with ad hoc requests

  • highly flexible and able to work in teams as well as independently
