  • Develop a strong framework for delivery of accurate and timely reports to client

  • Manage client's relationship by managing client's expectation and ensuring all client's deliverables are met

  • Provide guidance and direction to the teams on all technical and client-service related issues and queries

  • Develop and conduct training program to all fund accountants ensuring a level of technical expertise in the department

  • Drive efficiency and client implementation projects and be responsible for all aspects of the project lifecycle

  • Ensure that department and business goals are built into the teams and ensure that the teams' direction are aligned


  • Have minimum of 5 years experience in the fund services industry

  • Proven ability to lead the introduction of complex change in a challenging environment

  • Proven ability to meet new challenges, assimilate new information and to influence people through maturity of approach

  • Proven ability to manage and lead large teams both in-location and remotely

  • Experience of coaching and developing others

  • Team player - able to articulate one's own position clearly, based on fact, but sensitive to the positions, needs and requirements of others

  • Driven, resilient and tenacious, able to apply the learning from set-backs or challenges to good effect
