There has been an aggressive growth strategy in place over the last 2 years in building a robust and scalable digital acquisition model for the consumer banking business. Over the next 2 years it is slated to become a dominant channel for acquiring customers for cards, loans and retail banking businesses. This role pertains to leading the team into that horizon of digital domination, putting together an aggressive and scalable growth strategy and building a framework for executing those.

This role will hold the Digital Sales Volumes goals for various product lines including Cards, Loans and Banking, etc. and will be one of the key evangelists of leading Citi into “Digital First” with a competitive and relevant Sales strategy for the future. This role cuts across functions and businesses to drive an integrated and interdependent sales plans.

The ideal candidate for this role should be passionate, motivated and a natural leader at bringing teams together for this common purpose. The role is accountable for delivering change while building business P/L at a sustainable and scalable pace. Deep understanding of digital marketing, delivering remarkable consumer experiences and building sales foundation with technology at core will be critical to succeed in this role.

Qualifications

Skill sets:

  • Min 10-12 years experience

  • Proven track record in digital performance marketing

  • Thorough understanding of P&L management and analytics is essential

  • Stakeholder management and reporting is a must have strength

  • Team building skills need to be extremely strong

  • Ability to multitask and work in a dynamic environment essential
