Job Description :

This role will be responsible for the Singapore’s Emerging Affluent Cards Business, driving Citi’s continued leadership in the emerging affluent space. Ensure market leading and consistent delivery and execution of the Core and Co-brand card propositions namely Cashback, Rewards, SMRT and M1.

Key Responsibilities of the Role Include :

  • Management of overall PandL and key business drivers of the Emerging Affluent Cards Business and Co-brand card products, including issuing sales growth and market share penetration

  • Deliver sharp differentiated value propositions, keeping ahead of the competition, and aligning to global/regional guidelines and framework Adopting global standards that enable local empowerment

  • Responsible for managing the strategic relationship at a senior level with the co-brand partners

  • Drive quality TTD acquisition, working closely with the sales channels/ platforms, across CPP and Retail bank

  • Own the customer journey from initial engagement through to product/account cessation and drive improvements in customer engagement through the journey

  • Execute product programs/ campaigns, working closely with Marketing, E-business, Legal, Compliance and Decision management

  • Deliver client excellence, achieving leadership in top down NPS for the affluent segment and rNPS and overall cards segment NPS of +2% YOY improvement

  • Run business in control with laws, regulations and our own policies to protect the brand and the franchise

Qualifications

Requirements :

  • At least 8+ years or higher experience, specifically within the unsecured lending industry Strong understanding of unsecured lending drivers, products and functions, specifically P&L Management

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills

  • Strong business acumen and partnership management

  • Ability to multi task
