Description

General Description:

  • Manage the end to end ecommerce merchant implementation process from, Merchant MID set-up with respective PG (Cybersource and MIGS)

  • Handling and coordinating merchant queries and requirements, live and post live reviews and validation

  • Shaping business e-commerce strategy, working closely with the RM, merchant’s support and PG partner supports (CyberSource, MIGS, Wirecard, TNS)

Responsibility:

  • Set up of Cybersource/MIGS accounts up to 10 Merchants per day,

  • registration of MIDs for 3D

  • Handling merchant queries until go-live

  • Coordinate Compliance changes between Citi systems and PG partners

  • Verification of test plan/test results in UAT and PAT

  • Investigation on e-commerce transaction discrepancy (including raising of INC)

  • Involved in the implementation of strategic plans for new program requirements and design solutions for acquiring

  • Drive root cause analysis/corrective action process to ensure account team is improving service levels by analyzing corrective actions

  • Problems resolution, including escalation of issues to the correct department

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 to 2 year’s relevant experience in a Merchant Acquiring or E-Commerce business

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or business, IT

  • Keen analytical skills

  • Highly attentive to detail and organized

  • Effectively manages time to meet deadlines

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Ability to work in a team and also self-directed

  • Ability to appropriately handle confidential information

  • Experience with Microsoft Office; highly proficient in Excel and

  • Basic knowledge in VB Macro

  • Experience in Merchant Acquiring Business
