  • Provide analytic support to the business teams, understand the business context,

  • formulate and execute appropriate analytical approach to address the business situation.

  • Develop/own comprehensive end to end solutions to address business problems.

  • Drive innovative analytical approaches across the broader team and conceptualize and execute solutions to ambiguous problems.

  • Independently manage end to end partner communication.

Core Responsibilities:

  • Ability to lead the retail business analytics practice across 17 countries and directly manage the centre of excellence in India.

  • Deep understanding of retail bank analytics and ability to identify the best analytics solutions to business problems

  • Ability to streamline and standardize processes and visualize the end state and clearly articulate the benefits to senior management.

  • Build effective teams to deliver on business priorities. Decompose business priorities into candidate projects.

  • Consult with partners to initiate project aligned to business needs. Manage the project pipeline to ensure prioritization and resourcing.

  • Establish a structured interaction model with the partners.



  • 10+ Years exposure to Financial Services

  • Candidate with prior experience in direct business roles will be preferred.
