Description

  • Change Management – to identify new initiatives to improve operations, execute improvements and automation in existing reporting processes

  • Participate in system enhancement projects to address process efficiency or risk and controls includes UAT testing (RCE, Digital initiatives)

  • Manage Error rates for quality support team and ensure defects are kept to the minimum

  • Prepare of various monthly sales performance reports for Sales & Distribution (S&D) unit

  • To drives automation and process efficencies, whilst ensuring control and risk are implemented

  • Understand the operating model and recommend viable solutions to problems

  • Ensuring that relevant compliance policies, procedures, deviations and risk acceptances are accurate, complete, up-to-date, are reviewed and if needed renewed on a timely basis

  • Ensure complete documentation and record retention requirement as per Local/Citi policy standards and meet Audit requirements for overall departments and to work closely with each unit representative record management officer

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience, in a financial institution with relevant experiences in back office operations

  • Ability to work effectively with various stakeholders - particularly Cards Product Managers, Risk, Decision Management and S&D sales team

  • Team player and strong ability to lead and motivate teams

  • Excellent time management and organization abilities

  • Strong analytic and execution skills

  • Ability to inspire, motivate and lead cross-functional teams
