Opening for HR Analyst based in Singapore. The position plays a vital role in the organization as they are primary point of contact for employees, internal partners and third party vendors. The successful applicant will manage the day to day requests and inquiries of employees in relation to HR in general and other domains including(but not limited to) payroll, benefits, HR systems, policies and processes.
Provides quality customer service to Employees and other Business partners in response to inquiries made via phone, email or employee portal through:
Usage of procedures, policies, knowledge database and other reference materials to assist in answering inquiries
Identifying and escalating inquiries that are complex or requires further action by other internal partners
Accurately logs-in all cases received via phone or e-mail into the case management system
Collects and validates required data prior to processing employee and organizational transactions (i.e. promotions, terminations, salary changes, etc.)
Liaison with the relevant person, team or department to be able to obtain necessary information to carry out the actual process
Ensures compliance of the company and the country’s local laws (where the company is operating) in all processes and requests handled
Meet established Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Metrics standards
Participates in continuous improvement , projects and other ad hoc responsibilities as assigned
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
Knowledge of fundamental concepts, practices and procedures of human resource field.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must be a team player.
