HR Business Partner, Asia Pacific
Based in Singapore
As a HR Business Partner, Asia Pacific, you will develop, implement and drive HR solutions and work to integrate HR strategy with business strategy, support effective performance management and ensure optimal organizational alignment. You will partner with the business to ensure alignment of business objectives with employees and management.
Partner with business clients to ensure superior operations and business outcomes
Advise management on current business practices, employee relations, local employment laws, HR trends
Ensure that Human Resources needs are met in a timely manner, providing the highest level of customer service and accessibility to management and employees
Act as a catalyst for building organizational effectiveness within the business
Maintain a positive work environment by focusing on employee performance, engagement as well as retention, and building superior first line management capability and employee communications
Promptly reports and resolve any personal-related compliance or disciplinary concerns
Lead HR projects as identified by HR and business leadership
We’re looking for you if your profile matches the following:
University degree preferably in HR discipline
At least 5 years of experience with strong HR background and capabilities as a business partner in an MNC environment
Ability to multi-task and flexible, ability to respond to changes in the business environment and work with ambiguity in a fast moving dynamic environment
Demonstrate competence in coaching and employee relations
Strong knowledge of local employment laws
Excellent leadership, project management, problem solving and written communication
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a team environment
