TravelClick HR Generalist ASPAC in Singapore, Singapore

The HR & Office Coordinator will have the opportunity to support a diverse range of Human Resources activities across an employee population of approximately 45 employees in ASPAC.

HR Administration

  • Update various Human Resources information systems

  • Prepare Word, Excel and Power Point documents

  • Creating new personnel files

  • Ensure files are complete; follow up on any missing information

  • Take ownership for the assigned tasks and follow through up to the end, tying up loose ends as needed


  • Draft and update Job Postings and Job descriptions

  • Advertise open job positions

  • Source candidates using external and internal databases

  • Conduct telephone screens for entry level positions

  • Prepare candidates summaries to be presented to HR team and hiring Manager

  • Schedule interviews

  • Draft offer letters

  • Conduct new hire orientation

  • Plan and schedule Health and Safety training session

  • Prepare materials for orientation


  • Researching and collecting data for various HR initiatives

  • Assisting in HR processes and projects

  • Other administration tasks as assigned

  • Office Administration and employee relations

  • New Hire Onboarding and visa applications

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or Psychology

  • Proficiency in Word, Excel and Power Point


Must be fluent in English
