Role Overview

The successful candidate will support seamless network of quality systems and services to enable our HR and line management colleagues to be as self-sufficient as much as possible by integrating databases, automated workflow systems, intranets and other technologies with key HR processes. This role is the lead expert for HR systems administration activities, front line support team training and issue resolution. This role will work closely with HR community to enable the effective use of HR systems solutions and also accountable for leading a variety of change initiatives by delivering internal consulting services such as requirements analysis, solution design, test planning, test execution and change management. This role will lead regional and global work activities and projects in an independent, self-sufficient manner based on management’s high-level guidance and support.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and education to front line support team • Internal consultancy service to HR Community • Leadership/Team Player to regional/global projects • Regional representation to Global Team

• Computer Science or Business degree/diploma • In-depth Workday System knowledge • In-depth understanding of HR operations and processes • Has been part of HRIS support • Has been a core team member in HRIS projects • Able to work in some evenings when placed in projects • Candidate with project management, eLearning development or Knowledge Management experiences will be an advantage • HR generalist with strong interest in HRIS will be considered
