We are looking for a strong HR Generalist to join us:
Applies developed subject matter knowledge to solve common and complex business issues within established guidelines and recommends appropriate alternatives.
Works on problems of diverse complexity and scope.
May act as a team or project leader providing direction to team activities and facilitates information validation and team decision making process.
Exercises independent judgment within generally defined policies and practices to identify and select a solution.
Ability to handle most unique situations.
May seek advice in order to make decisions on complex business issues.
Consults with country or regional business and human resources leaders to identify program needs.
Implements human resources programs to meet business and functional needs.
Manages the delivery of multiple programs simultaneously across a given geography.
May represent the company to both internal and external stakeholders.
Communicates HR policies to business managers and employees; works with business leaders to deliver programs that are aligned with global policies and meet local needs.
Coaches managers in routine performance and misconduct issues and provides resolution recommendations.
Contributes to regional priority projects teams.
Collaborate and work with other HR Functions such as HRBP’s, Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, HR Global services, etc in delivering effectively on the HR Services to Managers and employees.
Drive improvements in processes impacting Employee experience.
Education and Experience Required:
First-level university degree or equivalent experience.
Typically 4-6 years related experience in human resources functional area, HR Generalist, or HR Consulting role.
Technology industry experience is a strong advantage.
Experience working in a cross-matrix MNC environment is preferred.
Knowledge and Skills Required:
Strong knowledge of all human resources areas.
Developed legal knowledge of the local environment and Labor laws.
Strong business acumen.
Strong communications skills.
Advanced quantitative and qualitative analytical skills.
Strong project management skills.
Ability to respond independently to complex inquiries.
Ability to thrive in a Matrix environment and collaborate across the Organization on shared goals and responsibility
Detail and process oriented, problem solving skills.
Knowledge and experience of major HCMS such as Workday, PeopleSoft, etc
Sound knowledge of MS Tools including PowerPoint and Excel.
May support complex business groups in terms of size, workforce complexity, and geographic distribution, or may lead the HR program creation and delivery for less complex business groups.
Contributes to regional priority projects.
