The Global Markets Corporate Client Management team spans all Global Markets Products and serves country, regional and global stakeholders including Sales and Product heads.
The team’s role is to help set the Markets Corporate Client strategy for the region and assist with the subsequent implementation and execution of that strategy. The team’s key responsibilities are measuring business performance using 3rd party data; market intelligence and internal data and maximizing revenue profitably by identifying revenue gaps. The role is also responsible for putting in place metrics and performance measures by client segment; defining and executing strategic initiatives, and assessing resource allocation.
The Asia Corporate Client Management team is based in Singapore serving 16 countries in Asia.
The candidate must be able to work effectively in a cross functional environment without constant supervision and with colleagues in different geographic locations. The candidate should have in business experience with strong analytical abilities.
3-5 years of experience in project management, strategy or sales preferred with understanding of Global Markets Products (FX, Commodities, Equities, Credit, etc.)
Strong presentation and relationship management skills are essential; this individual must be an articulate and effective communicator, both orally and in writing, with an energetic, charismatic and approachable style
Ability to navigate through a complex global organization and engage and work with Citi partners across Markets, CIB, CCB and TTS
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive, professional attitude
Good understanding of CRM / Client Analytics
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Tools (e.g., Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
