Job Description :

Sales and marketing of our FX eSolutions to corporate clients in the Asia region, including driving the identification of new client opportunities (in close collaboration with Corporate Sales), designing and implementing solutions using:

  • CitiFX Gateway - host to host connectivity, differentiating Citi from the competition, by providing sticky integrated solutions

  • CitiFX Pulse – Our award winning flagship corporate platform featuring a comprehensive suite of modules from pre-trade to execution to post trade

  • InstantFX - Citi’s tailored, guaranteed rates solution that allows clients to price across local currencies and efficiently hedge the FX risk for their cross-currency business

Main activity includes:

  • Prepare and present to client the detailed solution and integration requirements

  • Work with the corporate sales teams to continually improve automation and efficiency for their countries

  • Constantly obtain client feedback, understand client needs, and work with the pricing as well as development teams to meet those needs and ensure our product remains cutting-edge

  • Keep informed of changes in a dynamic, competitive marketplace and update internal resources on trends


  • Ability to take a consultative approach to client solutioning, involving gaining a deep understanding of client business models, flows, exposures and processes, and interfacing with many different teams within the client organizations

  • Excellent understanding of client ERP / TMS system (E.g. SAP, Sungard) functionalities

  • Direct involvement in client integration projects with in-depth knowledge of various type of connectivity and security protocol

  • Prior experience in and knowledge of Foreign Exchange or Payments / Receivables Solutions would be desirable

  • Self-starter with a highly motivated, entrepreneurial attitude

  • Excellent project and/or product management skills (min 5 years)

  • Preferably with relevant experience in TTS and FX Local Markets

  • Skillful communicator (verbal and written)

  • Some travel in the region needed
