Job Description

• Perform system engineering processes and tools within the product development for the Asia region of our business unit

• Work with a multi­site team for the processes and tools

• Definition of tools, workflows and usage

• Roll out the process incl. trainings

• Collaboration and alignment for the processed and tool with the world – wide team of processes an tools

• Continuous Improvement of process and tools

• Being the representative for ASIA region within the global process team

• Definition and maintenance of roles & responsibilities among the system engineering

• Documentation of processes

• Built up a team with supporting function for system engineering activities and tool support

Job Requirements

• Degree in relevant discipline (preferred EE / ME) with at least 10 years of working experience

• At least 3 years’ experience in a team leader position or technical project lead

and able to lead, coach and motivate the team

• Knowledge of automotive quality standards and product development

• Possess entrepreneurship, assertiveness and Project Management skills

• Strong Knowledge on creation of processes and process training

• Cooperation with teams at international locations, respecting local cultural aspects

• Able to converse with China and Japan counterparts

• Good knowledge of development (all disciplines), test, integration and production (sample and final product) processes

• Knowledge of the sample workshop and production departments

• Good knowledge of maturity models (ASpice / CMMI)

• Committed to work systematically and independently under tight schedules

• Experience of in Automotive Product Development Lifecycle, configuration, change and requirement management tools

• Good understanding of real­ time system architecture/design

• Knowledge about agile development methodologies (e.g. SCRUM, KANBAN, CI..)

• Willing to travel overseas for projects on short notice

• Customer oriented with quality orientation, capacity for innovation
