This role manages Indent Sales Operations for China Indent orders within Global Indent Sales Operations with accountability and principle duties/responsibilities:.

 Active involvement in negotiations and securing of orders.  Conclusion of contract/PO acceptance.  Decision Making – Price, Contractual Terms and Conditions.  Approves non-standard terms.  Approves discounts

  • Provides approval for discount below a specified threshold

  • Provides Deal approval for discounts above the threshold  Signs orders and contracts based on review of the order/contract.  Active Participation in local country tender/bidding process  Training Sales Teams on the indent model and required business processes

Indent Sales Operations is the decision structure for the conclusion of contracts, order acceptance, securing of orders and integral in the negotiation process.

Location of work: Singapore, with travel abroad as necessarily required

Qualifications

Educated to at least university degree level, and with 9+ years' communications experience, including at least 3 at a similar level, you're now eager to put your strong management skills to work in a dynamic, progressive and customer-focused environment. Chinese language capability is a MUST (read and write)
