Global Business Unit (CEGBU) has an immediate opportunity for an experienced
Inside Sales Representative (ISR) covering the ASEAN/Hong Kong & Taiwan
markets. Main objectives are to support
sales targets of all acquired products and to integrate all these products in
the major opportunities we are seeking to develop in our key verticals.
- Develop an assigned sales territory,
responding to sales enquiries but also creating & closing new opportunities
for the Primavera EPPM solution to reach a defined quota
- Existing Account
Management working with some of the largest companies in the sales territory
- New Account
development in the territory identifying prospective customer needs and
developing innovative solutions based on EPPM Primavera and Oracle solutions to
satisfy their requirements and meet/exceed their expectations
- Develop a
collaborative environment with Oracle Alliance and Channel Partners, Field
sales representatives & Telemarketing agents to drive revenue, maximise
customer service & implement direct sales campaigns in the territory.
- Provide weekly
accurate sales forecasts to Manager
- Define opportunity
close plan for major opportunities
- A proven track
record with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a B2B sales environment,
in an IT/Software/Technology environment.
- Knowledge of
software applications like ERP, Project Portfolio management solution or Oracle
Applications a plus.
- University degree
or equivalent professional experience
- High level of
energy, drive, enthusiasm, initiative, commitment.
- Self-motivated to
continuously expand personal professional knowledge
- Ability to work in
a high pressure, fast moving and challenging environment
- Professional with
good organisational and planning skills.
- Good communication
and persuasive skills in applicable language, both written and verbal. Committed team player.
Detailed Description and Job Requirements
The primary focus of an Inside Sales representative is to sell solutions and services to existing Oracle customers and to prospect for new customers in the assigned territory or vertical.
As an Internet Sales Representative you will sell products and services to an assigned geographic or national account base territory to achieve assigned objectives. Generates sales leads as well as closing the sales on line or by phone. Utilizes inbound and/or outbound calls to pursue sales. Develops account penetration strategies, and closes business . Responsible for understanding Oracle
- s product offerings and competitive issues. Identifies new business opportunities by creating and implementing territory campaigns with management assistance. Liaise with customer contacts for the purpose of managing the customer relationship, identifying new opportunities, and selling Oracle products and services. Participates as a team member on sales teams including field sales, support and education sales and sales consulting.
Duties and tasks are varied and are complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. Failure to obtain results would have serious consequences and need expenditure of resources. Contacts are within the organization and with external customers. May have project lead role and/or supervise lower level personnel. 5 years business experience. Proven ability to manage complex sales cycle, with a track record of successful revenue attainment. Excellent communication/negotiating/closing skills with customers/prospects. Typically bachelor degree in Business or Computer Science or equivalent.
