Reporting to the Category President AMEA, the IBP Lead Category, AMEA is responsible for leading all aspects of implementing Integrated Business Planning (IBP) within the relevant Category. Reports to the Regional IBP lead and dotted line to President of the Category, and in matters related to IBP speaks with the authority and full support of the Category President.

This is a strong influencing and leadership role, ensuring all IBP review steps are designed and implemented according to Mondelez International standard IBP practice.
Is trained in and utilizes GSCP’s standard processes and following proven templates.
Works in close collaboration with Global IBP COE, and Region Director Customer Service and Logistics and leads all relevant aspects of IBP implementation, including assessment, education sessions, design workshops, implementation sessions, continuous improvement, relying upon support from Region IBP Leader and Global COE.
Ensures appropriate engagement and follow-through on change management and the continuous improvement agenda associated with IBP.
Implements necessary metrics, scorecards and KPI’s established by GSCP to ensure success tracking for each IBP review step, including process measures and output measures.
Participates in IBP collaboration forum, sharing key learnings and best practices.
Lead the category forecast aggregation process in GSCP to produce 24 months forecast preparation. This work is done through collaborative network of demand planners who provide country bottom up forecast based on building blocks mapping.
Accountable for review and analysis of data on total demand for each Category.
Approves the need plans and demand definition of Category Demand Managers in CS&L (Local Company) who establish and manage Co-Packing Demand Planning Guidelines.
Manages the Integrated Reconciliation meetings as a pre-Management Business Review meeting.
Prepares decision making tools for the Category President to achieve final sign-off of Supply and Demand through GSCP in the Management Business Review meeting.
Review cost, cash and service performance of the Local Companies against targets set by regional CS&L and take part of Category Supply Review Meeting to make strategic decision of whether to invest in more production capacity, increase inventory of finished goods, and/or raw and packaging.
Role incumbent approves (through Category Leadership Team or MOR) the Product Quality Benchmark Strategy, through the MOR Innovation Charters, PDRs, LRs, through the MOR first production run approval in cases when the final product does not meet Finished Product Specification and the MOR the documented Minutes of MOR and Minutes of PAM
The incumbent is to ensure the compatibility of the proposed organization with the GSCP organizational design principles.
