The International Outsourcing Manager will be a member of the PayPal Pte. Ltd. (3PL) Governance team. This position is responsible for supporting the Head of International Outsourcing in the development and implementation of an effective Outsourcing Framework across PayPal Pte. Ltd. (3PL) that effectively manages regulated/unregulated entities by group and material third parties. The role is critical in developing the outsourcing infrastructure across a large, geographically dispersed, rapidly growing company in the highly competitive and innovative payments space.
The incumbent will be responsible for the consolidation/review of all Outsourcing Reporting to local/regional & global meetings & Boards, driving consistent standards in reporting while analyzing service levels. In addition this role will manage and maintain all Outsourcing end-to-end Chains, Materiality Assessments, SOPs, and a comprehensive Registry of Services provided to our group companies.
Finally this role will support the development & management of a Policy framework for Outsourcing that ensures adequate records information management across all relevant policies, procedures & standards thereby ensuring all key documents are reviewed within designated timeframes & remain current & appropriate.
International Outsourcing Manager Responsibilities:
Ongoing SLA Reporting for Regulated Entities
Ongoing SLA Reporting for Emerging Regulated Entities
Ongoing SLA Reporting for all International Jurisdictions
Develop and maintain end-to-end Outsourcing Chains
Develop and maintain registry of Material Assessment and Contracts registry
Develop and maintain registry of Services Changes in DSAs
Develop and maintain updated SOP detailing escalation process and registry of Service Provider/Recipients for each entity
Develop and maintain Regulatory Obligations registry for Outsourcing with legal/compliance
Certification Process oversight with reporting and testing/diligence
