Join a dynamic team in delivering wealth management solutions to high-net-worth digital clients globally. As a relationship manager, you are expected to manage client relationship by determining clients’ wealth management needs and providing advisory services for banking and investment products.

Being a relationship manager for this unique digital client segment, you will play a critical role in building the relationship primarily through digital engagement using state-of-the-art collaborative tools like virtual remote engagement, video chat, co-browsing and STP paperless solutions.

In addition to having access to Citi’s renowned research, investment products and global network of investment and foreign exchange specialists, you will also be assisted by our Digital Engagement team to engage your clients based on their needs.

You will be expected to achieve individual targets to grow your customer assets, account profitability and key digital engagement metrics while maintaining a high standard of service quality and compliance.

Qualifications

  • At least 2 years’ experience in the role of a Relationship Manager

  • Be a highly-disciplined self-starter and able to work with minimal oversight and direction

  • Have a high comfort level in using digital solution and technology for client engagement

  • Keen interest in technology and everything digital

  • Thrive in entrepreneurial, disruptive and fast-paced environment

  • Possess a mature personality and high level of initiative and drive

  • Be a strong team player with good communication and interpersonal skills
