Your challenge

As Key Account Manager, Traditional Trade, you will manage the distribution target, visibility target and volume target of the assigned territory. You will ensure compliance with internal and external rules, standards and procedures.

Your responsibilities

  • You will handle and manager Traditional Retail business for Singapore market

  • You will be responsible for achieving of revenue growth both in sales in and sales to trade by effectively managing the sales organization of the distributors; ensuring expanding reach and effective buying

  • You will map out potential expansion opportunities with current distributors and potential future distributors

  • You will maximize customer visit by offering and determining sales opportunities

  • You will develop and maintain good relationship with customers

  • You will drive for highest levels of customer satisfaction understanding challenges that are critical to customers and takes a solution-based approach

​Your team

As a part of Singapore organization, the team you will join is the Consumer channel. They are responsible in developing and expanding our market size and revenue in Modern and Traditional Retail, Online and Branded Retail segments. You will report directly to the Head of Consumer channel.

We are looking for

  • Graduate of Business or related course

  • Five years of Sales experience, Trade Retail experience is a must

  • 3+ years of Distributor Management experience

  • Proven sales track record

  • Experience in Consumer Electronics or Fast Moving Consumer Goods is preferred

  • Excellent Account Management experience
