The Role:Lead, Change Management
The Impact:As a Change Manager, you will work to drive faster adoption and higher ultimate utilization of the changes that impact employees. These improvements will increase benefit realization, value creation, ROI and the achievement of results and outcomes.
What’s in it for you:As a change management lead, you will play a key role in ensuring HR Operations projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. You will focus on the people side of change, including changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organization structures. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimize resistance.
Apply a structured methodology and lead project and change management activities
Apply a change management process and tools to create a strategy to support adoption of the changes required by a project or initiative
Actively identify gaps, propose and implement changes necessary to cover risks
Communicate regularly & effectively with different stakeholder groups
Support the design, development, delivery and management of communications
Support training efforts. Provide input, document requirements and support the design and delivery of training programs
Additional responsibilities include adoption assessment, risk mitigation, and issue reporting to name a few
5 years of HR project/change management experience
Proven experience in successfully applying change management methodologies & tools
Familiarity with project management approaches, tools and phases of the project lifecycle
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Preferable Qualifications and Skills:
Working knowledge of Workday or other HRIS
