The Targeting & Relevance team, under Global Marketing Operations, is responsible for supporting business goals through audience targeting, with an emphasis on developing predictive models to improve campaign engagement and conversion rates. In addition, Targeting & Relevance develops and maintains in-house tools to manage marketing’s data mart, audience sizing and targeting, global campaign prioritization, and lead processing.

  • Provide structured and ad-hoc analysis and Insights for marketing

  • Maintain existing models, personas, and segments for regions

  • Provide the required support to International targeting

  • Understand audience targeting logic for international campaigns

  • Improve campaign KPIs by applying predictive models to audience targeting

  • Partner with marketing managers in regions to drive business goals

  • Own campaign forecasting and prioritization across business lines in regions

  • Successfully work with cross-functional teams

Basic Qualifications

  • 2+ years experience in analysing data in marketing or sales context

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience assimilating new marketing technologies and processes

  • Experience in marketing or sales function ranging from relational databases to marketing automation tools geared toward business users

  • Experience in providing insights from large volumes of data

  • Advanced level SQL and Tableau
